Pearl Heart News St. Louis SHOW this SUMMER! May 20, 2009 Hey everyone! Summer is almost here!!!! We're so excited. We're going to start recording with Jeffrey Steele within the next few weeks. We just booked a show in St. Louis! We are opening for Gretchen Wilson... right underneath the Arch. The concert is on July 25th! Hope all of you St. Louis fans can be there! Hope everyone has a great summer! God bless. Amy, Ang, and Court Texas...A Quick Look April 7, 2009 Hey everyone! Last Wednesday we flew down to San Antonio with Gabe Garcia, Shawn Mayer, Donny Geyer, and Bart Butler. This was our first trip to Texas. While we were there we got to see the Riverwalk, and the Alamo! What a fun time. By the way, we also got to try some amazing food! Every place we went to eat was just phenomenal! The people in Texas were very welcoming to us, and made us have a great time. We played on Saturday night for the Medina County Hospital benefit. We helped raise a great amount of money for the hospital, it was very successful! We were so happy to be a part of something like that. It was beautiful weather down there. We got to ride horses, fish, and eat fajitas! haha yum! We're so glad Gabe asked us to play the gig with him. We hope to play in Texas again! Hope you all are doing great! Amy and Ang's birthday is in 13 days! AND Summer is almost here!!!!! Courtney, Angela, and Amy Friday the 13th 2009! February 15, 2009 EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!! Friday the 13th, we signed a PRODUCTION deal with Jeffrey Steele and 3 Ring Circus Records. So that means Jeffrey Steele is our producer! We've been working with Jeff, but now it is OFFICIAL!!! We are so so so excited. We are going to start recording in late March, early April. So that means we'll have some new music posted on here soon. We've been writing some great songs with Jeff and people he's introduced us to. We've also written and are writing some great songs with our friends Donny Geyer, Bart Butler, Joel Turner and some others. Jeff and us three work great together and have a lot of fun. We all have the same idea of what we want for Pearl Heart. We feel like 2009 is going to be a great year for us! We CANNOT WAIT to show you all what we have cooking up!! Love Amy, Ang, and Court PH 2009!!!!!! January 16, 2009 Happy 2009! Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year's! We sure did! We went back to St. Louis for the holidays. We spent a lot of time with family and friends, and we also got to eat at all of our favorite restaurants! We played on New Year's Eve down at First Night St. Louis. It was FREEZING cold, but it was soooo much fun. Thanks to everyone who came out and watched an hour show in 20 degree weather! God Bless you guys! We've been working with Jeffrey Steele. We have learned so much from him. He is an awesome person and he believes in us. We're so blessed to now have him in our lives....thanks to Nashville Star. Everything happens for a reason. We've been writing with him and looking for the right songs for us. We hope to have some new music posted within the next few months. Hope all is well....sorry it has been forever since we've posted anything on here. Thanksgiving is almost here and that means Christmas is getting closer! We love seeing our family and eating awesome food( lots of fudge and cookies)! We're hoping by early 2009 to have some of our new material up. Thanks for all the support, you guys are awesome! We cannot wait to share our new music with you! We've talked to Mr. Steele, and things are going good. We're playing a show with him on Nov. 29th, here in Nashville. We're are sooooooo excited for that. For all our St. Louis fans, we are playing at First Night on New Year's Eve @ 6:30 to 7:30. We're really looking forward to it. Hope to see some of you there! Take Care! Thanks for all the support! July 13, 2008 Nashville Star was such an amazing experience for us. We learned so much while we were there. We also fell in love with all of the contestants, we all became so close to each other. It was really hard leaving them and the crew. We were so happy to find out Jeffrey was our mentor. He is so humble and real. We cannot wait to start working with him when the show is over. We want to thank all of you who voted for us and supported us through all of this. Amy, Ang, and Court Pearl Heart NASHVILLE STAR June 10, 2008 Hi everyone, We just want to let you all know how excited we are to have been selected as finalists on Nashville Star which airs each Monday on NBC at 8PM CDT. The talent during the search phase of the show was phenomenal and the talent of the other contestants on the show with us is absolutely inspiring. Those of you that have followed us for awhile know that we've been performing live for almost 10 years now and have worked so hard for this moment to arrive. We appreciate the support and love from all of you and promise to leave nothing on the stage. Each performance is dedicated to all of you and we hope you'll stay with us as we go for the win. With all our love, Amy, Angela, & Courtney - PEARL HEART Summer is almost here... May 9, 2008 Yay! It's about that time of the year again!!! And this year we have someone graduating high school. Courtney has 6 days left of high school. She's been a straight A student and has had a 4.0 all 4 years! WOW! ( too bad Ang and I weren't THAT smart). Angela and I have decided to leave our jobs behind and we're going to focus on our music career this summer. We really want to start getting our music out there. We are also really looking forward to going to the CMA Music Festival(FAN FAIR)! Can't wait! Next weekend we're headed to St. Louis to visit our family and friends. It's been 3 months since we've been there. Feels like forever. We cannot wait to see everyone. Our parents 22nd anniversary is on May 17th! Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad. Love. Christmas is almost here! Only another week or so, then the new year! Wow. 2007 has flown by so quickly. We've done a lot this past year. Long, long time November 14, 2007 Sorry it's been forever since we've updated this. We've been so busy with school, work, moving into our new house, etc. We are finally getting settled in the new house. We have an awesome neighborhood, the neighbors are all very friendly and welcoming. We are officially Nashvillians....is that a word? Anyways, we've been playing out about twice a week, since Court is in school. We've been writing new material. AND we have a brand new computer with garageband. So we can record some stuff ourselves. We are so excited about that!! So as soon as we get something down, we will put it on our myspace page. We need some visitors from Stl. We have plenty of room for people to stay with us....motel Krechel is now open! Summer is almost over... August 8, 2007 School starts in less than a week...depressing. But that means Courtney is starting her senior year! and our brother Billy starts 7th grade. We had a great, but very busy summer. We traveled back and forth to St. Louis a lot. We went to Disney World and had a blast. Our favorite ride was definitely the Rockin Roller Coaster. We walked about 10 to 15 miles every day in very hot, but beautiful weather. Since we were traveling so much we didn't play out a lot this summer. Now that we're not going out of town for awhile, we are trying to play everywhere we can. Hope you all have a great rest of the summer. Recording, Disney, and Myspace May 30, 2007 Summer is finally here! This summer is going to be awesome! We are going to be starting on our demo cd sometime next week. We are soo excited. We'll keep everyone posted on how it's going. AND we are going to Disney World for vacation this year!!! We are so excited. Courtney can't wait until the end of the school year, only one month left! To everyone in St. Louis, we have a show this weekend April 28th at Mary Queen of Peace Parish. This will probably be our only show in STL this year. So everyone try to make it out. We just wrote a new song last week, so we're going to play it out for the very first time...for you guys. To all you Tennessee people, we have plenty of shows in Nashville, so go check us out sometime!!!yeah man!! God Bless Upcoming Events March 26, 2007 Hey everyone, this is Courtney. We've been really busy lately playing some great clubs here in Nashville and have been lucky to meet some incredible musicians and club managers. Of course our busiest time has come when we're all three fighting a cold, but so far we haven't had to miss anything. We're going back to St. Louis to do a gig at Mary Queen of Peace parish on April 28th. For anyone up that way, that's probably going to be one of our only gigs up there for awhile so we'd love to see you there. Check our schedule for details. I don't know about you, but I'm just ready for summer to get here. This summer our Aunt Annie is getting married, we're going to Disney World, and oh yeah, we're going to be recording a demo CD. I know several of you have contacted us about when we'll have a CD out and hopefully we'll have something by the end of summer. We have one of the best producers in Nashville and we're all three really excited to start working on our first original project. Well unfortunately it's time for school so I have to go. Today is the first day back after being off last week for spring break. Keep sending us e-mail because we love hearing from all of you. See ya! Busy, Busy, Busy March 19, 2007 Hello all! We are very sorry it has been so long since we've posted news. We've been really busy. We've been playing shows left and right. Every gig we have, we get another one out of it, which is completely awesome. We are having such a great time meeting new artists and friends. We had the opportunity to play with this awesome band named Seraph, you should go check them out on myspace. We love living in Nashville. Living here made us realize how much talent is really out there. We will be heading into the studio soon to record a demo. It should be done by the end of summer. New Friends and New Places February 15, 2007 Hey girls and guys. Hope all is well with you all. Angela and I just got back from Chicago. We went on a trip with our friends, and we all had a great time shopping and dining. But we're glad to be back in Nashville and back to making music. We've been playing a lot of writer's nights around town, and we're meeting new friends. The French Quarter is one of our new favorite places to play. Mike Mayo who runs the French Quarter writer's nights also let us play at Bobby's Idlehour (writer's night). We've only played that writer's night once, but we're going back tonight to play a second time, and we can't wait. Our email on our web page is now working. A New Beginning February 8, 2007 So this is our official first posting to our News page. We've been really busy lately playing various writers nights around our new hometown of Nashville and have made some really great new friends (Bob, Mick, Lee) that have made us feel right at home. We've been writing a lot of new material and trying it out on the friendly audiences at the Blue Bird Cafe and the Hall of Fame Lounge. We also recently had the opportunity to perform in Springfield IL for our friends at the FFA. They've all been really good to us over the years and we really appreciate their friendship. Well, we're just trying to get this thing started so we'll leave it at that for now. We promise to write regularly though to keep all of you posted on how things are going as we pursue our dream of being entertainers.
